Two dedicated food wash lines
Our facility has two fully equipped food wash lines, each with 5 computer-controlled rotating heads.
- Working pressure up to 100 bar
- Both alkaline and acidic cleaning
- Chemical or steam disinfection (8 bar)
- Constant supply of cold (23°C) and hot water (84°C) from a 15,000-litre reservoir
- Drying available on both lines
After cleaning, paperwork is processed quickly. Tank seals are noted on the ECD and all documents are provided immediately, ready for a smooth, worry-free delivery.
We follow various client- and product-specific procedures, such as the Belgosuc, VdF, Tropicana / PepsiCo, Cargill, Eckes Granini, Kosher, Oleon and LSDH-JFA procedures.
